Du machst unsere Mission – energetische Sanierungen skalierbar und wirtschaftlich zu machen – messbar erfolgreich. Als Pricing Specialist bist du eine wichtige Säule für unser Wachstum und unsere Profitabilität. Du kalkulierst Angebote schnell, präzise und systematisch. Du bist maßgeblich daran beteiligt, unsere Pricing-Systematik weiterzuentwickeln und regional wie national aufzubauen. Außerdem stimmst du Preise, Margen und Zahlungsflüsse ab und baust damit eine Grundlage für schnelle Entscheidungen und Vertrauen bei unseren Kund:innen und Partnern.

Deine Aufgaben

Angebotskalkulation (Core)
- Du machst Zahlen lebendig: Du erstellst, prüfst und aktualisierst Angebotskalkulationen – inklusive Szenarien, Sensitivitätsanalysen und aktiver Margensteuerung. So sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Projekte datenbasiert, fair und profitabel sind.
- Du bringst Struktur rein: Du strukturierst Leistungsverzeichnisse (LVs) und Mengen, führst Plausibilitätschecks durch und nutzt Benchmarks, um unsere Angebote wettbewerbsfähig zu machen.
- Du arbeitest end-to-end: In enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Projektleitung und unseren Gründern begleitest du Angebote bis zur finalen Freigabe – schnell, transparent, hands-on.
Procurement & Verträge
- Du findest die besten Partner: Du holst Nachunternehmer-Angebote und Einheitspreise ein, vergleichst sie systematisch und verhandelst auf Augenhöhe.
- Du hältst den Überblick: Vom Vertragsentwurf bis zu Nachträgen – du managst unsere Verträge sauber und nachvollziehbar.

Planungsleistungen
- Du orchestrierst die Planung: Du holst notwendige Preise für Architekturleistungen, TGA und Fachplanung ein, steuerst Rückfragen und hältst Deadlines im Blick. So stellst du sicher, dass Kalkulation und Planung zusammenpassen.
Rechnungswesen & Controlling
- Du kennst unsere Zahlen: Du übernimmst das kaufmännische Controlling von Budgets und Margen und erkennst früh, wo nachjustiert werden muss.
- Du prüfst mit Augenmaß: Stichprobenhafte Rechnungsprüfungen (Mengen-/Preisabgleich) gehören genauso dazu wie die Vorbereitung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Zahlungsplänen – in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projekt- und Finance-Team.
Dokumentation & Nachweise
- Du baust Standards, die skalieren: Du sorgst für klare Kalkulationsstandards, eine saubere Ablage und saubere Versionierung – damit Wissen nicht im Kopf, sondern im System steckt.
Vor-Ort-Support
- Du gehst auch mal raus: Bei Bedarf begleitest du Objektbegehungen zur Kalkulationsabsicherung (Aufmaß, Fotodoku, Randbedingungen) und bringst Realitäts-Check und Zahlenwelt zusammen.
Prozess- & Tool-Weiterentwicklung
- Du denkst in Systemen: Du entwickelst unsere Einkaufs- und Pricing-Prozesse weiter und schärfst Methoden, Templates und Preis-/Kosten-Datenbanken.
- Du hebst Effizienz: Du unterstützt bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools (z. B. Kalkulations- und DMS-Tools) – immer mit Blick auf Automatisierung und Skalierung.

Kurz: Du kombinierst Zahlenliebe, Verhandlungsgeschick und Systemdenken – und machst damit aus guten Angeboten skalierbares Wachstum. Wenn du Spaß daran hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Wirkung zu sehen, wirst du diese Rolle lieben.

Dein Profil

Ausbildung/Studium: Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau, Techniker:in, Baukaufmann/-frau o. ä.
Erfahrung: 0–3 Jahre in Kalkulation, AV, Einkauf oder Projektsteuerung (idealerweise energetische Sanierung/Bestand). Bau-Erfahrung ist ein Plus - Absolvent:innen ausdrücklich willkommen.
Skills:
- Sicher im Umgang mit LV-/Mengenstrukturen, Preisspiegeln, Angebotslogiken
- Grundsicher im Vertragswesen/Nachunternehmer-Management (Vergabe, Nachträge, Preisanpassungen)
- Zahlenstark, detailorientiert und pragmatisch; hohe Prozess- und Strukturkompetenz
- Sehr gute Excel/Google-Sheets-Skills; Erfahrung mit DMS/Contract-Tools von Vorteil
- Klar, verbindlich, serviceorientiert in der Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und Partnern

Your mission

You make our mission—making energy-efficient refurbishments scalable and economical—measurably successful. As a Pricing Specialist, you are a key pillar of our growth and profitability. You calculate offers quickly, precisely, and systematically. You play a major role in further developing our pricing framework and scaling it regionally and nationally. You also align prices, margins, and payment flows, creating a foundation for fast decisions and trust with our customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities

Offer Calculation (Core)
- You bring numbers to life: You create, review, and update offer calculations—including scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and active margin management—to ensure our projects are data-driven, fair, and profitable.
- You add structure: You organize bills of quantities (BOQs) and quantities, run plausibility checks, and use benchmarks to make our offers competitive.
- You work end-to-end: In close coordination with Sales, Project Management, and our Founders, you support offers through to final approval—fast, transparent, hands-on.
Procurement & Contracts
- You find the best partners: You obtain subcontractor quotes and unit prices, compare them systematically, and negotiate at eye level.
- You keep the overview: From draft contracts to amendments—you manage our contracts clearly and traceably.
Planning Services
- You orchestrate planning: You obtain required prices for architectural services, MEP, and specialist planning, manage inquiries, and keep deadlines in sight—ensuring calculation and planning fit together.
Accounting & Controlling
- You know our numbers: You take on commercial controlling of budgets and margins and recognize early where adjustments are needed.
- You review with good judgment: Spot-check invoice reviews (quantity/price reconciliation) as well as preparing outgoing invoices and payment schedules—in close coordination with the Project and Finance teams.
Documentation & Evidence
- You build standards that scale: You ensure clear calculation standards, proper filing, and clean versioning—so knowledge resides in the system, not just in people’s heads.
On-Site Support
- You also go on-site: When needed, you participate in site walks to validate calculations (measurements, photo documentation, boundary conditions), bridging real-world checks with the numbers.
Process & Tool Development
- You think in systems: You further develop our procurement and pricing processes and refine methods, templates, and price/cost databases.
- You drive efficiency: You support the implementation and enhancement of digital tools (e.g., calculation and DMS tools)—always with an eye on automation and scaling.

Your profile

Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Construction Technician, Construction Business Manager, or similar.
Experience: 0–3 years in estimation, work preparation (AV), procurement, or project management (ideally in energy refurbishment/existing buildings). Construction experience is a plus—graduates explicitly welcome.
Skills:
- Confident working with BOQ/quantity structures, price comparisons, and offer logics
- Solid basics in contract/subcontractor management (tendering, change orders, price adjustments)
- Strong with numbers, detail-oriented and pragmatic; high process and structuring competence
- Very good Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with DMS/contract tools is a plus
- Clear, reliable, service-oriented communication with internal stakeholders and partners
Mindset:
- Hands-on, reliable, quality- and results-oriented
- Strong interest in digitalization, AI, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel to locations in Germany
Language: Very good German; English is an advantage
